Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order weight. We offer the following shipping options:
- Economy Shipping: $4.90 - $19.90 (based on weight)
- Standard Shipping: $6.90 - $9.90 (based on weight)
- Free Shipping on orders over $120
Current Rate Structure: Your shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order, ensuring you pay a fair price for shipping your handcrafted candles.
International Shipping We do not currently offer international shipping. We only ship to addresses within the United States.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Packaging Our handcrafted candles are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Each candle is wrapped in protective materials and placed in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Damages Yuvelife is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
